Twinkling Stars In Your Eyes And Love In Your Heart
I wish we had all the time in the world to pause and gaze at the stars

What do stars denote?
Everyone wants to be a star.
I met a little boy on my evening walk. He saw me looking at the sky. He said Mam I want to be a ‘star’.
Did I ask him why?
“A policeman looks forward to getting stars. It means promotions for him.
I see people in the armed forces have stars on their bands denoting their seniority and position.
The Hollywood and Bollywood actors male and female love to be called stars.
The winner of a contest is a “STAR”
So I want to be a star” he said and ran away.
I began to think further.
There are stars in the eyes of people who love each other.
To them,
“I love to say twinkling stars in your eyes and love in your heart”.
I love stars. Every evening I gaze at them. The rain and the cloudy sky prevented me from taking pictures of the beautiful stars.
I spent the whole week finding my stars and they eluded me. I went out late for my evening walk but I could see no stars twinkling. When you want the stars to be there they will not show up at your beck and call. This is nature, It has its own commands.
I picked up the photograph I had taken of an artistic mural in Sandiego which was painted with stars and moon and put this picture showing my love of them.
Stars are an enigma. They are so far away. When you look up it feels as though they are blessing you. Couples wait for their romantic moments and in the dark, you can see their shadowy figures enjoying the stars and making promises to each other.
So often rings are exchanged under the stars and there is the promise to love forever and ever.
Sorry to spoil a romantic moment but sometimes I heard couples argue and fight under the stars too. I feel that the stars silently tell them to cool down and think of their moments of love and joy together.
Stars are supposed to be astronomical objects scientifically expressed. They comprise a luminous spheroid of plasma held together by gravity. The star closest to the Earth is the Sun.
It is interesting to note that most stars that you see in the night sky are larger than the sun. The bigger stars have a tint of blue on them.
At night we can see many other stars that are visible when we gaze at them.
What do you feel about stars? Are you attracted by them or you do not like them?
The prompt for this week is: “What do STARS mean to you”.
