Trusting Your Inner Knowing

Day 33: A shift takes place when your inner spirit replaces negative voices

There was an abundance of sticks on the ground today on my early morning garden walk. With each stick I picked up, I whispered “thank you” to life. Nature’s message to me today was to accept abundance into my heart. There is always more than enough for everyone if we allow it to be so. I love the lessons I learn each day walking the path, studying, and sharing what I am learning for 100 days from The Infinite Self and other books by Stuart Wilde.

With each passing day, I feel that my critical inner voice is getting quieter. My inner spirit, filled with positivity, is calling to me much more often. I am gaining confidence to do things more quickly, to stay focused, disciplined, and do things that capture my true heart. It is almost like my inner being is starting to fill with light, and the darkness cannot stay long.

At the point where fusion takes place, the flip happens. You’re then more spirit than personality. You’re mostly spirit, and only partially a physical body and personality. That’s what Fusion is. At that moment in time, your dialogue will flip to a positive dialogue. -Stuart Wilde

I remember not long ago I would have to fight my dark inner dialogue more. It was like an intense, inner battle to keep going towards my goals. Just imagine scrambling up a steep, rocky incline when there is a more gentle path right next to you. I still hear the negativity inside of me for brief periods. However, now my inner voice chimes in, and she helps me to get back on the beautiful forest path of life. She is reassuring and reminds me that I have an inner guide who is always with me.

Fusion is a great moment. It’s that place where you experience the complete consolidation of the power, when you can stand and say, “I am what I am, and I accept that.” And you mean it. It resonates eternally throughout the whole of your feelings. There is no part of you that says, “No, you’re not.” Fusion shows you an enormous world that is not normally visible. -Stuart Wilde

I am still on the path to fusion. Some days I am on the shakier ground and I let my intellect and negative voice take over. Other days I am on more solid footing and I fully allow my inner spirit to guide me. Each day when I choose my daily practice, my daily disciplines, and to listen to nature, I find myself closer to my spirit.

Today I felt my inner spirit’s strength grow. I decided to move past the fear of my intellect and put an offer out there. I got a positive response almost instantly. This is the beautiful power of your inner knowing. You can trust that life will work out. I learned that it is okay to step out of my comfort zone and try things. We are here to explore and find out how big life can become for us and those on our path if we truly choose to shine our light.

My prayer and intention for you today is that you listen in to your inner spirit. What is that positive voice telling you? What dreams are you going for? Which voice is louder? Which one do you listen to? Notice that the gentle voice can guide you towards the beauty of life. You are infinite. You are here to help us grow and change.

Are you listening to your inner spirit today?
