Life is a journey of adventure in self-discovery. The pangs of growth and change are often overlaid by despair, grief, and hopelessness. These are integral to experiential learning opportunities to become better versions of ourselves. In the process, we develop and sharpen our capacity and capability to become more introspective, self-conscious, self-aware, and self-reflective. We become truly human.
Life is challenging along bumpy and often uncharted, unknown roads, and pathways. Life challenges provide rewarding opportunities to grow personally, professionally, and socially. Despair is the result of giving in, surrendering to grief and depression, and preventing and obstructing our natural ability to live life holistically with purpose and intention.
This short Trilogy provides commonsense support to Caregivers, Sufferers, Counsellors, and Therapists as they embolden and empower themselves and others to engage, confront and prevail over despair from grief and depression. Losing is not an option. Survival is not compulsory, but highly desirable.
