Abstract

anettone is a more special bread, with an old recipe that has been gradually improved. Traditional Panettone With Lots of Filling

It’s a real treat ❤❤❤

Panettone traditional by author

The aroma of fresh-baked Panettone transports me back to my childhood and the times I spent with my family. Panettone is a must-have dish for any holiday, whether Easter or Christmas. It must be fluffy, but it must also have a delectable filling.

My grandmother used to spoil us with this lovely dessert during the holidays when I was a child. A few years ago, I started making it myself. I will not write the recipe because there are many variations on the net, and everyone can choose as he likes. I decided to make a version of panettone with many fillings — walnut, raisins, raisins, cocoa, flavors.

This is my favorite, and I make it with great pleasure.

I will write here some tips for those who want to try it.

Tips for Making Fluffy Panettone

The dough should be kneaded in a warm bowl. Rinse it thoroughly with hot water before wiping it down. Only use chicken eggs, never duck or goose eggs. To add a yellow color to the batter, you can salt the yolks, use corn-fed chicken eggs, or add a little saffron (dissolved in milk) to the flour. When making the yeast mash, warm the milk slightly but not too much. Add a little lemon juice and salt to the egg whites to make them beat better and faster, just like marshmallows. Select fresh, high-quality ingredients. It is essential if you want a perfect Panettone. Make the nuts. Clean it thoroughly (there’s nothing worse than eating a slice of cake with walnut shells). Soak the walnut filling in boiling milk to remove the bitter taste. Before you begin the dough, sift in the flour. The Panettone does not need to be kneaded for hours or slammed on the counter repeatedly. On average, 20 minutes suffice. When the dough comes away easily from the hands, is elastic, and blistered, it has been sufficiently kneaded. Before preparing the dough for the trays, thoroughly grease the worktop and your hands. After adding the filling, allow the muffins to rise in the pans until they reach the top edge of the pan. Brush them with beaten egg and a little milk before putting them in the oven. Once the Panettones have browned on top, cover them with a baking sheet to keep them from burning until the insides are cooked.

Sweet, savory, aromatic, with raisins, nuts, cheese, chocolate, or crab, a symbol of Christianity’s authentic feasts, the Panettone is a more special bread, with an old recipe that has been gradually improved. Its symbolism is similar to that of bread: bread, in its eucharistic form, is associated with active life, and its miracle (the multiplication of loaves) is quantitative.
