Do You Like Doughnuts?
How I make fluffy doughnuts and croissants❤

I love to cook, especially for my family. Sometimes I also have help from the children who are the main beneficiaries of these goodies. Subscribe
Donuts are our family’s favorite dessert. I usually make a little extra dough and with some of it, I make croissants too. When serving them, children fill them with chocolate or jam. I like to eat them just as they are!❤
Ingredients for donuts :
❤30 g fresh yeast ❤lemon peel ❤1 tablespoon sugar ❤a pinch of salt ❤2 eggs ❤500 g flour ❤300 ml milk ❤50 ml yogurt ❤vanilla sugar
❤powdered sugar ❤frying oil
Fluffy and aromatic doughnuts with vanilla and lemon zest don’t require much skill to prepare. The recipe is simple and affordable and I have never failed. They are airy and have a much-coveted air chamber (hole) in the middle. That’s what good doughnuts look like!

How to prepare doughnuts
Mix the yeast with the spoonful of sugar and 100ml warm milk and leave for a while until it foams. Usually 10 minutes.
Then beat well with the eggs , vanilla sugar, salt, lemon peel, milk ,yogurt, flour . The amount of flour is not exact, it usually depends on the fat of the yoghurt, the size of the egg, so add the latter depending on how much the dough requires. Knead to make an elastic dough. Let rise until doubled in volume.
After the dough has risen, roll it out on a finger-thick flour dough. Cut out rounds with a glass with thin edges. The edges of the glass are dusted with flour from time to time to avoid sticking the pastry. Leave to rise again for 10–15 minutes.
Heat the oil well and put the doughnuts in the hot oil. Turn them over and when they turn golden brown, remove them to absorbent towels. Then sprinkle with vanilla powdered sugar while still hot.
Now you can enjoy the delicious doughnuts! ❤

How to prepare croissants
Using the same dough, as I mentioned above, I usually make extremely fluffy croissants. It simply melt in your mouth! ❤
To shape the croissants I proceed as follows. Roll out the dough into a round shape and cut it into 8 pieces just like cutting a pizza.
On the outside edges I put a cube of chocolate or a teaspoon of jam and then I start rolling the croissant from the outside to the inside.
Then I brush it with a beaten egg and put it in the oven for 20 min at 160 degrees.
