Get ready. Get set. Go! By the time you read this it will probably already be light. Time’s a wasting. Start counting those birds!

A few days ago I published a story regarding the GBBC. I hope you had a chance to read it. If not, it’s very simple to participate.

The count will take place for 4 straight days, today (February 12th) through Monday the 15th. You can count any amount of days, for a minimum of 15 minutes each time you do.

Your counts can be entered using the Merlin app, eBird app, or the eBird website.

You can also participate as a group, and count at multiple sites.

Do you like to photograph birds? You can also upload your photos to the website, and prizes are awarded.
