Recap TR47 A Path through Chaos [1]: Touzdae receives support from Suke and Maia as she snatches Jac’s body from the Griz Ack transporter beam. They secure his body in a half-life chamber in the healing center.

An engineering tech on the Second Bridge* flipped some switches and reset the breakers. A third of the bridge lit up as it began to cycle to full functioning.

Rasis and Ourus release 11 warriors, 6 systems techs, and 5 time-bender monks from the Lingam Egg.

Jac, still reeling from his vision of the destruction of the Gypsum home world. He is pulled out of time to a near future. The Mu-1 is free of the time spheres in open space. He sees a humongous jump close to Earth.

He finds himself with Touzdae in a hovercraft piloted by Shisla. Just as Jac enjoys being with Touzdae — and Shisla on Earth he is pulled back to the Mu. Jac is back where he was last on the Mu. He is where the Lingam Egg was below the scaled-down tug with two Griz Ack’s becoming whole. He is pulled to the Third Emergency Bridge and can not find his body. As the Griz Ack pulls him out.

The half-life chamber where Jac’s body resides is being pulled up and repeatedly slams into the ceiling of the healing center.

Tommalar discovers a plan — on paper to retake control of any bridge to an ad hoc position of choice.

Current Episode: Six hundred children between the chronological ages of 6 to 12 deployed from port to starboard.

Jac’s spirit criss-crossed the ship. His body protected in a half-life chamber, while he stood on the outside. He couldn’t get in. Under other circumstances this could be funny, Jac thought.

In the next cabin, Touzdae napped. She startled awake.

“Jac, Is that you? Where are you?”

Trying to re-enter my body, Jac thought back.

She sprang off the bed and jumped into the next chamber.

Oh my spirits, can you wait until I unravel the shields, she thought to Jac.

I’ll try, Jac said.

Kurtz stood by as Tau number 5 — reprogrammed and positioned for transport.

“Coordinates set?” Kurtz asked the transporter operator.

“Yes, Space-Time coming up in six minutes, three seconds… mark. And the four positional coordinates pinpointed.” The operator stated.

Touzdae let down the triple redundant shielding in so many minutes.

Jac, you’re all set to enter, Touzdae thought.

A spirit entered.

“His signature is way off,” she mumbled to herself as he arrived.

Damn, Jac thought as he transported to the children at the port side of the port hangar bay.

Tau-5, mimicking Jac’s signature, transported from the future into Jac’s body. His first act was to fuse the locking mechanism of the half-life chamber.

The children cheered as they felt and saw Jac’s Spirit.

A spokesperson came from the group of a hundred. “Can you see that this will work? she asked.

“Yes, it will. Thank you so much.” Jac said. Pulled, jumped away, Jac had no control over it. He felt joy with the children and wanted to stay.

Jac can you hear me? Touzdae asked. There was a long delay.

Suke and Maia jumped to Touzdae in the locked chamber.

I hear you, sweet one, it’s good to be back in my body. Tau as Jac sent the thought.

Touzdae turned, tears streamed down her cheeks, and she jumped out of the chamber. Suke and Maia followed.

Touzdae sobbed out of control, shouting —

“It’s not him, it’s not him.”

Suke and Maia jumped after her and heard what she said through her crying. They jumped away.

Jac jumped by an unseen force to five of the other locations. Each place the children made ready — the fragments. He did not find them amongst the six hundred others. He ached for Touzdae and their as-yet-to-be-born children — Po and Majacoloure.

“No matter which way they go, we will have them either dead or as slaves.” Kurtz leaned back satisfied with himself. He gazed at Jupiter and Ganymede from his bubble observation post. The large orbital station orbited the Ganymede moon.

“Soon I’ll be changing history in Earth’s distant past.” He mused.

Jac jumped by an intelligent force. He was brought outside the reign of time spheres in a future two to three hours from the Mu-1’s present position. He saw the two Mu-s on the edge of each dimension throwing electrical storms at each other. He “felt” a different approach.

Who are you? Please reveal yourself. Jac pleaded with the initiator of the jumps.

A space formed — small islands in space. Like Bhantu’s realm. Pulled in he landed on a mountainous island with a lake in its center. He stood in spirit form by the lake in a warm sun near a tree. He walked under the shade of the tree. One by one they appeared:

Tu Mai. Barua. Shisla.

Tu Mai spoke into his mind. — I am weaving energy of your larger present moment for you and Touzdae. With the Mu for the completion of our mission.

Do you understand? Tu Mai thought to Jac.

I do, Jac sent the thought to Tu Mai and the others.

Jac went to Mu-2. He felt and saw the crew transformed into Griz Acks. Half the passengers were in the transformation process to become Griz Acks. He was pulled out.

Jac’s spirit was led to the center of light — the power generator at the midpoint of the Mu-1.

It is not just for bathing in the light. I am sure you know that. It is about your self-defense with all that will violate your boundaries of spirit and body. Tu Mai merged the thought in the core of Jac’s Being.

The 600 children manifested high vibrational plasma. In the plasma, they put the fragments they had made and initially delivered them to the main healing center. They launched them forward and some aft outside the Mu. The time spheres moved away. A tunnel formed. A tunnel for passage.

*The second bridge is secured after the primary bridge is attacked by Griz Acks. They take that bridge. The secondary bridge jettisons Mu’s primary bridge into space and detonates it remotely. See Chapter 39 for context.
