All things energy.

Good morning/afternoon/evening, now and forever!

Everything is energy. You, me, us. Every living and non living being. Thoughts, words, actions. So how can we leave energy aside when that’s all there is? We can’t and we shouldn’t.

This week’s prompt is all about what energy means to you. How it affects you on a daily basis, how you read yours and that of others. You know, in the streets we casually call it “vibes”, but what we’re actually referring to is the energy frequency somebody is sending out.

What do you do when you feel drained? How do you recharge? What are the symptoms that signal you need to take some time apart and take care of yourself?

If you want to delve even deeper into this subject, you may wish to explore your feminine and masculine energy, your yin and your yang. Are they balanced? If not, how do you rebalance them? More importantly, do you embrace both or do you neglect/reject one in favor of the other?

We all assign different meanings to femininity and masculinity. There’s no right or wrong, there just is. Explore them, have fun with them! And, as always, get as creative as you wish.

If you feel like you could benefit from some inspo, here’s a link to an article I’ve written on energy a long time ago. It explains the main factors that may cause drainage and blockages within our energy field:

Looking forward to reading your content!

Warm hugs.
