Energy Crisis In The Body, Spirituality Of The Human Microbiome & Transcendence.
As explained by Randy Veitenheimer.

I have accidentally (or not?) discovered Randy Veitenheimer quite a few months ago through my spiritual quest and curiosity about a great variety of topics. He is an energy healer with in depth knowledge about martial arts and quantum physics who, through his online work, managed to capture my interest and answer some of the burning questions I’ve always had. From quantum energy to ascension and transcendence, I’ll share with you some of his ideas and observations that can (literally) change your life. Let’s go!
1. Energy crisis in the human body
To be truly healthy we should be healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, psychically and energetically. Energy is taken away from us through thoughts, feelings, our connections to others and pretty much anything we interact with in our environment.
Our ideal energy state is when we’re 2 years old. Can you remember what you were like back then? Probably not, since most people can’t retrieve episodic memories from that age. Though, if you ask your parents they will say you were tireless, lively, highly active. It’s safe to say that most of us don’t feel like we have the same amount of energy anymore but we don’t really know what caused the loss of it. Here’s what happens:
-20% of the loss is based on close family relationships that are draining you. This is due to the DNA connection that facilitates energy flow from you to your parents and vice versa.
-the second level of loss occurs through your sexual relationships. Through this activity we open up a channel similar to the one of connection with our parents, in that there’s an open and free flow of energy exchange. That can still happen even with past partners, unless you’ve taken measures to fully terminate those relationships. Have you ever heard the saying “Beware of sexually transmitted demons”? Now you know where it comes from.
-18% is from a declining health state as the body consumes more energy to compensate for the organs that are no longer working at their full potential. You’re supposed to have about 36 volts of energy (that is just a metric, a reference point) when you wake up. Ideally, you would recharge your battery during the night and, as the day unfolds, you would lose energy until you went to bed that night to recharge again.
Beyond the body itself, we acquire and consume energy off of other energy fields. That explains why, being around people that are negative can literally drain you. Even more, the reality of thought, imagination and creative expression (zero reality) take energy from your system. All of this can result in an energy crisis, which is also an outcome of not knowing the flows of energy through life.
Martial arts, yoga and other disciplines aim to produce a more energetic nature which allows you to become healthier, happier and more successful. Working on physical movement actually becomes important because the more you move the more you can take on in your physical reality (number one reality). It’s therefore safe to say that all problems in life can be addressed more efficiently with more energy.
2. Spirituality of the human microbiome
Our physical body is a place holder of humanness, parasites and symbiotic interactions. It is made up of fungus, yeast, bacteria, cellular creatures and it becomes a host for other life in the Universe that need to exist in the human form. How intriguing, right? If we got rid of all our bacteria, we would die because we are symbiotic with them. The tricky bit is that all these life forms inhabiting your body have consciousness and life force which can influence your choices.
Take smoking for example: cigarette smoking reduces oxygen and increases CO2. Parasites that are of a plant nature (such as yeast) thrive in a positive CO2 environment and benefit from this artificially created state. Obviously, they would also require this same environment in order to grow, so if your form of feeding it is smoking, then it would promote the formation of a habit, as the yeast influences your synaptic responses, takes over your consciousness and drives your choices. The nicotine has now induced and altered your neurological environment. The good news is, awareness of what influences you significantly reduces its power.
Here’s a question: When you say you’re human, how human can you define yourself as being, given the amount of parasitic forms and bacteria population in your body?
3. Transcendence vs. ascension
First and foremost, we should explain the difference between transcendence and ascension, as there seems to be a certain degree of confusion regarding these two concepts:
Ascension=transitioning from existing reality (number one reality) into an imaginative existence (zero reality)
Transcendence=is generally available to anyone through various practices of intention, acceptance, forgiveness and the love of life itself (number one reality)
Our main goal should be going beyond duality, into the unity of the Universe through connecting the two realities. This can be achieved by understanding yourself (which is actually the first step towards illumination) and then proceeding to being yourself. The tools available are countless, but in one of his documentary series, Randy mentions 5 key points to be taken into consideration:
I. Awareness that goes beyond ourselves and our local existence.
II. Balance through not favoring one form of reality or the other; staying neutral.
III. Moment which is the uniqueness of our presence from moment to moment existence.
IV. Momentum that takes place when you come out of the moment and start energizing movement.
V. Use of will which is basically exercise of free will.
Only then will you achieve ILLUMINATION, the fulfillment of the physical and energetic in HUMAN FORM.
