The Universe Says “Yes”

A message to guide you today

Be open to the universe’s inspiration

The universe is always sending messages of inspiration, if we’re willing to keep an eye open to receive them.

Tree Langdon ♾️ and Infiniti have inspired me with their Oracle card readings, so I’ve decided to check out various cards online to see what messages they send me.

I pulled a Unicorn Oracle Card from Kristi’s set online and it gave me the message: “Yes.”

Yes is a beautiful word

I find “yes” to be such a beautiful word.

It usually comes as an answer to a question of something I need or want in my life.

When I pulled this card, the question that was in my mind was “Should I write about Oracle cards for Illumination?”

The card said: “Yes!”

Beautiful.

Inspiration and gifts from the universe

If you are in tune with what the universe is telling you — the universe is always saying that it loves you and that you are surrounded by love — the answer is usually “yes” when you ask questions.

Your mind will be in the right frame and what you want and desire will be in alignment with love that is good for yourself and others.

When you are in harmony with yourself, others and the universe, you are highly empowered.

The great thing is that you can practice the art of self-love by taking the actions to love yourself. When you do that, you enter a journey down a road that attracts all sorts of goodness into your life.

It is truly amazing to experience.

All you have to do is take the action

I’ve found that the key to achieving anything in life is to take the action. If I get an idea, writing it down is one of those actions that helps to make it a reality. When I write it down and take steps to turn an idea into a concrete project, it usually means that I will proceed to make that idea real and substantial.

Taking the actions is necessary for all sorts of things in life. I have been walking since being inside a lot more when we were locked down. I’m still keeping my bubble and maintaining social distancing, but I’m not staying inside hiding from the world. I’ve found a great place to walk and have been walking almost daily.

When I first started, I was sore. My legs were tired and my back hurt. I almost wanted to give up on the idea of walking very much. But, the universe and the spirit of self-love said that I shouldn’t just sink into the sofa watching YouTube videos the rest of my life.

If I wanted to live life — which is a form of self-love — I had to challenge myself and do what was necessary so that I wasn’t sore and that my back didn’t ache after walking.

I did some research online and figured out some stretches that would loosen up my hamstrings which were pulling on my back and causing me problems. I ran this by my licensed physical therapist (my ex) to make sure I was on the right track and that I didn’t hurt myself. She said stretching would be good and told me more things I could do.

I started walking again. I made sure my shoes were properly adjusted and taped my foot where it felt like it could get a blister. I was starting from the very beginning after not moving around very much, so I knew to be careful with my foot.

It was tough walking at first. I enjoyed it, but I knew I wasn’t in the best of shape. But, I kept pushing myself. I told myself, “yes, I can do it.” I thought back to when I was a kid and I didn’t ride the bus that stopped near my house, but instead would walk to school with neighborhood kids because it always made the day seem nicer. I remember hikes I took with my oldest son when he was younger.

I told myself, “Yes!”

Yes, I can do it.

Now I’m up to walking about 2 km per day easily and am thinking I might increase my distance to maybe another 1 km. I’m thinking in terms of kilometres because I’m thinking of maybe getting into shape where I could work my way up to 5 km. Eventually, I’d like to run a 5 km race just to say that I had run one. I’m going to mention my goal to my doctor when I see him in August to help make it even more of a reality.

I have an AICD, so I always run any big exercise plans by the experts. I’ve found my medical professionals have never discouraged me from setting decent and reasonable exercise goals. The key is to listen to my body and rest if I need to rest.

That’s the power of saying “yes” to good ideas.

Let me know how you’ve been inspired this week. I love reading how others are finding guidance from the universe in their daily lives.

Here’s another inspiration I received from the Unicorn Oracle Cards:
