My favourite stimmy songs and songs from all genres that lift my mood

This list will change and grow as I discover new songs and my tastes and preferences change. I was born in the early 80s and am still somewhat stuck in the 90s when it comes to my tastes in music, which I am fine with.

Taste in music is highly personal and varied, so I tried to include a bit of a diverse collection. My preferences will also depend on my mood and whether I’m listening purely for enjoyment, needing a pick-me-up, or wanting to relax.

These are not all my favourite songs, nor all the best songs out there: They are songs which give me frisson and provoke strong emotions in me. They are stimmy, meaningful, and fun.
