The Sun Will Rise Again

Life as it is

“If you receive a sign, begin by giving thanks in a meaningful way and then remembering what inspired you to ask for a sign in the first place.” (p.174 — Soulcraft by Bill Plotkin)

I have been having a hard time in the last few days and the night before my birthday yesterday. I had some of the most difficult conversations in my life. Then, I had amazing friends, family, my medium family and co-workers reach out, provide support, love, encouragement, inspiration and advice. I was told by an inspirational leader that this was my rebirth after birth. Day one begins now.

Yesterday driving to work I saw the most beautiful sunrise over the mountain as I was approaching Vancouver, WA. It was beautiful birthday present. I was also talking to my mom and was able to share with her the amazing scenery, by words. I could not capture the sunrise in a photograph. The sunrise is captured in my heart. I can still see it now. I think some pictures are meant just for you for what you need in that moment. I believe the sunrise was a sign for me the same way as my feet opening up and starting to bleed for seemingly no reason the night before just about the time I was born in Hungary when I look at the time difference.

That sunrise gave me so much. The light I needed, and it keeps giving. On my way home it was high wind and rain and I kept singing with the rain and the wind and remembering the beautiful sunrise.

No matter what happens in our lives, the sun will rise again. I would like to share with you some of the words as they came up for me yesterday and this morning.

The Sun Will Rise Again

The sun will rise again,

The rain will come again,

The fire will burn again,

The wind will blow again,

No matter what happened the night before,

The broken pieces that have fallen on the floor,

Your tears flowing creating a river of pain.

The sun will rise again.

Your heart might sing again,

Life will make sense again.

Your heart might be broken.

The pieces have fallen,

On the next morning,

The sun will rise again,

Somewhere the rain will fall again,

The wind will blow again,

Fire in your heart might start again.

Fire in your soul will burn the pain away,

Your heart will be cleaned by the air of the wind,

You will seek air to breathe again,

Gasp for life to begin again,

One day fire might ignite in your heart again.

No matter what, tomorrow morning,

The sun will rise again.

Birds will sign again,

The wind will blow again,

The rain will flow again,

Fire will burn again.

Your heart may learn to sing again.

The sun will rise again.
