Losing muscle, which happens as we age or due to inactivity, can cause weakness and mobility issues. To handle these, it is crucial to balance these hormones. They decide how our body stores food energy and builds and keeps our muscles strong. Getting these hormones right sets the stage for effective fat loss and muscle growth.
