The Payback Phase

The dirty business of paying back your debts

Photo by Bonnie Kittle on Unsplash

there is a payback to the universe for the energy used up for avoidance for the energy wasted in unconscious mode — my own legitimate debts

they will come up again they will arise again so that I could learn and start paying back my debts in a gentle conscious manner but only if I chose to not ignore them

they will come again those breath blocks those anxiety attacks kept at a distance those stinging sensations for the completion of the cycle

be wise enough to invest enough time utilize the privileges properly to learn the art of paying back to clear the mental frictions that stand in the way and begin to pay back little by little; with sufficient completion of cycles one gets to extend their payback capacity

allow the being to go through the unpleasant phase complete the cycle pay it back — payback poem (?).

“To proceed very far through the desert, you must be willing to meet existential suffering and work it through. In order to do this, the attitude toward pain has to change. This happens when we accept the fact that everything that happens to us has been designed for our spiritual growth.” ― Scott Peck, The Road Less Traveled: A New Psychology of Love, Traditional Values and Spiritual Growth
