“… poisoned, no doubt about it,” a man’s voice is saying.

Your eyes flutter open. You see Dara and an old bearded man in dark robes standing over you.

“The hero awakens!” The old man says, looking impressed, “Strong of will and of body!”

“Can you help them?” Dara asks, giving you a concerned glance.

“I can, but there is a cost.” The man smiles, “A month in my service will repay the debt.”

“Lorenzo, please,” Dara says, frowning. “They need help, not to be put into servitude!”
