Happy Birthday Illumination!

It’s not what you think.

There’s a word that begins with the letter P that rules them all.

It’s not Please.

It’s not Peace.

It’s not Patience.

It’s not Progress.

It’s not even Possibility.

It’s definitely not Power.

It’s Publish.

There is no greater Power than that of the mighty pen. Our freedom of expression can be fully deployed with our words. Every word is a universe of beautifully strung-together sentences to create Powerful messages. This Is the Power of Publish. The rights of free speech are paramount in a Peaceful society.

Publish raises any conflict to inform others who can help. Publish speaks truth to Power. Publish shines a light on the abuse of Power. Publish has the Power to create meaningful dialogue and Progress.

Out of Publish comes all the other great P-words — Possibility — all things are Possible when we can speak freely and openly and voice our opinions, ideas, and thoughts.

And Partner — when we work with others, the whole is so much greater than the sum of the individual parts. A Partnership allows for accountability. Being in a Partnership holds us up, keeps us strong, and helps us build great things.

When you Partner with others, great Progress is achieved. Large, overwhelming accomplishments are completed with ease. Partners are the basis of life. Almost everyone strives to have a Partner to share their life, ideas, fears, goals, achievements, and even failures.

Sometimes finding a Partner requires Patience. When will the right one come along? Why do we have such difficulties finding ideal Partners? More Patience, evolution, and learning to trust.

Patience is by far another important P-word. Patience implies faith. To be Patient, one has to know that what is desired or anticipated will eventually show up. Patience bestows trust and confidence.

And Peace. There is no more important word to humanity. Because of Publish and Possibility and Patience — Peace can have a chance.

So, Please — think of the Possibilities in your life and remember that Patience, Partnership, and Peace are key.

And Publish protects those rights to speak up and Protect the Peace and allow for continual Progress.

Because being able to Publish — and be read by a large audience of writers because of Dr Mehmet Yildiz’s work and the ILLUMINATION, ILLUMINATION-Curated teams of editors — I’ve found a home for my work.

When I first heard of ILLUMINATION, I was a brand new writer who didn’t think my work was good enough to be accepted. When my first article was Published, and I felt so warmly welcomed as a writer, I never left. Now I am an editor too.

ILLUMINATION (and all of the publications that comprise the group) exemplifies all of the great P-words I’ve identified in this article. Happy, Happy Birthday ILLUMINATION — and congratulations ILLUMINATION-Curated for reaching it’s newest milestone, 30K readers!

All my love, ~Jenny

P.S. Let’s keep on Publishing our hearts out!
