When we hear about changes in habits, we can often be frightened. Sometimes because we’re afraid of not getting it, sometimes because they’re hard and we don’t even start, accepting defeat.

I assure you that these little long-term habits will make a huge difference in your life for the better.

Instead of Scrolling on your phone for 10 minutes try:
