I’m back on journalling and you need to know why

I want to put all my life on paper

Some time ago I started with the habit of writing in my journal every day, basically putting my whole life between the pages of a book.

In addition to helping in my mental health (which is why I started) I was also satisfied to know that a day later my descendants (grandchildren and great-grandchildren) who may not have met them, could get to know me through the pages I wrote.

Personally, I wish my great-grandparents had done the same so that I could know more about them today and about the life they led at the time.

I’ve always been interested in the family that came before me and I’m sorry that when people die, over time they will be forgotten, so I like to know more about these people, and a good way to do that is to have a journal to read and write.

That is why I write my journal and try to write it whenever I can, hoping that one day someone who comes from me may come to know me and know how we live today.
