Why you should start writing a Journal

A journal can be a best friend that you keep in you shelve

There are several types of journaling, for those who are more creative, a journal just for the organization, or a memory journal.

These types of journals all serve as therapy and help to control our anxieties and feelings by writing them down on paper.

Not to mention that it stays in a record of our life on paper as if it were an autobiography for our great-great-grandchildren to read when we are no longer here.

Personally, I keep a diary, I started it, about 2 years ago and I write it every day at night after dinner.

Initially, it was complicated because I was worried about looking good rather than expressing my feelings on paper.

Today, it’s already easier and I’ve already gained pleasure in doing it.

It helps me therapeutically as if I had to drop a load that I have on my shoulders onto the paper.

Sometimes I don’t have anything interesting to write about either, but best of all, the diary won’t reproach me about it.

You can just write a sentence that you liked, a story that you saw on the net, and that you found inspiring.

The good thing about the diary is just that, you can write everything in this little friend and keep it forever.
