All four bodies must work together or there’s discord

Masculine and Feminine Energies
There are four levels of the self: the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each level contributes 25% to our wholeness and being. Physical and mental levels are masculine aspects of the self, while emotional and spiritual levels are feminine.
These masculine and feminine energies have nothing to do with gender. It is found in every person. But we tend to focus on certain aspects of ourselves and ignore others, which makes us out of touch with our masculine and feminine bodies.
In our masculine bodies, we focus solely on our physical and mental aspects, ignoring the feminine aspects. Showing emotions is considered a sign of weakness, and spirituality is seen to be crazy.
When the masculine is out of balance, all you do is work. You can’t stop working regardless of whether you’re male or female. The man works hard through the day and the woman works hard in the night and early mornings.
In our feminine bodies, we focus solely on our emotional and spiritual aspects, ignoring the masculine aspects. We gravitate towards the emotional and spiritual, ignoring the physical and mental. We let our emotions control us.
When your feminine energy is out of balance, you may feel too comfy to get up and get to work. You’re always sleepy while you work, and inconsistent in your day-to-day activities. You truly dislike getting your hands dirty. You dislike working hard and so you don’t place yourself in a position to receive.

1. The Physical Level
The physical body is the masculine body. It consists of the skin and everything underneath. It contains the brain, skeletal system, various organs, blood, veins, and ligaments.
The physical body is the reason we are able to survive and thrive in the physical world. A healthy mental body allows us to think clearly and remain open-minded. The physical body is responsible for our ability to survive and thrive in the physical world.
Because physical signs are visible and recognizable, we know when the body is hurt, happy, healthy, or not. Our culture places a big importance on making sure this body is always comfortable and pain-free. We develop this level of self when we take good care of the physical body.
To balance the physical body, walk. Stretch. Massage. Run. Dance. Get grounded by walking barefoot. Swim. Eat healthy. Get enough sleep. Practice self-care. Take vitamins and supplements.

Your mindset is your most valuable asset. It can be either your greatest blessing or your greatest curse, depending on how well you train your mind. When you have a healthy mental body, you are able to think clearly and remain open-minded while using discernment.
There are several ways to bring balance to the mind: therapy, memory games, reading, mental exercise, sleep, connection, meditation, affirmations, and self-care.
