I’m not ready to sleep My thoughts keep pacing

Did I do all I needed to Did I say all I should’ve said

Was I silent to listen Was I open to care

Did I offer assistance Did I even share

Am I the person who awoke today Have I walked the path before me

Did I stop and wait or never cease Did I come to aid those in need

Have I loved ever deeper Have I longed to tell them so
