The Best Career is One Where Everyone Senses the Sacred.

We share feelings of wonder and gratitude for the Invisible Forces that support our careers.

People who sense the Sacred emanate a powerful connection to different levels of Cosmic Consciousness. These people bridge the gap between man and the Universe around them.

Perhaps you are not in a career situation where your co-workers are awake to the invisible realm guiding and directing our reality.

Without a sense of the Sacred, a group or team will operate on egotistical instinctive motives. Leadership is often operating on the same animal-ego frequency.

This ego-instinctive environment can be a less than optimal situation for those who flow naturally with the Sacred — trusting that Benevolent Forces seek to harmonize and help everyone create beneficial outcomes.

While many work situations encourage people to tolerate different levels of Consciousness, this is not the ideal group or team environment. A large diversity in Consciousness is fine for a broader environment but not as effective in small group creativity.

Before the 1960s revolution, a more homogeneous belief system kept everyone running in the same direction, obeying the same rules. Most were based on Christain beliefs, total trust in our leaders, and obedience to authority in the USA.

That situation is not the case now. We have been through an explosion of beliefs, resulting in more waves of mental and emotional stress than we had before. We encouraged an independent spirit, and from that, we got egos that instinctively feel challenged or the need to make a challenge.

Conflict and competition have created entrenched polarization. Working together in a group of very diverse beliefs can stimulate a lot of discomfort. People deal with the situation but live under stress. They bring this discontent home and look for ways to distract or soothe their unsettled emotions.

While it is not common, some people have come together with an underlying trust in the Sacredness of life that is unfolding.

These people creatively work together, understanding that a Higher Intelligence guides the group towards beneficial outcomes.

There is a lack of stress when acknowledging the Sacred while working on a product, idea, or project. No one is trying to control the process but gently guide it.

Everyone understands that invisible minds are working with them in the energy mix. They accept daily synchronicity, someone’s dreams, another person’s sudden insight or vision as part of the process.

While some may call these “invisible minds,” Spirit Guides, Angels Extraterrestrials, or just the Sacred or Divine, they know these forces cooperate with them to manifest outcomes.

When things seem to come together magically during group activity, this creates a sense of wonder and gratitude.

Life is so much better when we allow magic in the world.

We don’t need to figure out every detail or control every outcome because that takes away part of the joy of living the mystery.

By not knowing the future or the outcome, we let ourselves enjoy discovering how Universal Forces working with us produce something greater than we could have ever imagined.
