Summary

The article discusses the allegations of rape against Chris Brown by a woman and the broader implications of such accusations against Black men in the context of a system perceived to be influenced by white supremacy.

Abstract

The article "That Woman Lied on Chris Brown and Needs to Be Arrested" by Jaron Mays presents a critical perspective on the recent accusation of rape leveled against the singer Chris Brown. It suggests that the accuser, who did not file a police report but sought financial compensation through a lawsuit, is perpetuating a false narrative against a Black man. The piece argues that this is part of a historical pattern where Black men are easily targeted by false accusations due to the low burden of proof required in such cases, which the author believes is a manifestation of systemic white supremacy. The article draws parallels to past events, such as the destruction of Black Wall Street, to illustrate the severe consequences that false accusations by white women have had on Black communities. It calls for accountability and for the accuser to face legal repercussions.

Opinions

  • The author believes that Chris Brown was falsely accused of rape by a woman seeking financial gain, leveraging societal biases against Black men.
  • The article suggests that the legal system, influenced by white supremacy, holds Black men to a lower standard of proof when accused of heinous crimes, reflecting a presumption of guilt.
  • It is implied that lawyers are more likely to pursue cases against Black men without substantial evidence, as opposed to cases involving white men, due to racial biases.
  • The author asserts that the historical context of racism in America, such as the Tulsa Race Massacre (referred to as the burning of Black Wall Street), continues to affect how Black men are treated in the judicial system today.
  • The piece advocates for the accuser to be held accountable, proposing that her actions are not only detrimental to the individual accused but also reinforce harmful racial stereotypes and injustices.

I want you to understand the subtleties of what’s going on in America.

The superstar singer, rapper, and dancer, Chris Brown, was accused by a young woman of rape, basically claiming he allegedly drugged her and then he took advantage of her.

That’s what she was claiming in the lawsuit.

Now from what I understand, there were no police reports filed because she didn’t want them doing rape kit tests and all these other things.

She didn’t want them investigating too much and now we know why.

But she did want that money.

So she went to a lawyer who wanted money and lied saying “Oh my God! This rich Black man did these horrible things to me. This rich Black man name Chris Brown, who has all this money, did some traumatizing things to me. Now I don’t have any proof, but my God, he’s a Black man, this is what they do.”

Now if there’s anybody in history that’s an easy target to make a false accusation against, it’s a Black man.

In the system of white supremacy, this is how the game works sometimes.

This is the shakedown.

Think about it, she can’t come into that lawyer’s office and say that this white woman did something bad to me because the lawyer is going to ask for proof.

She can’t falsely accuse a wealthy white man of rape like Elon Musk or Bill Gates, the lawyers are gonna tell her that she needs evidence and that there has to be an investigation first because they don’t want these white dudes' reputations to be tarnished.

But when you come in and say that a Black man did something to a woman, especially a white woman, then all bets are off.

You ain’t got to prove nothing. Just the accusations alone are enough.

Quote me on this: In the system of white supremacy, when a Black man is accused of committing a heinous crime, we are guilty until proven innocent.

I told you guys about this when I talked about the Bill Cosby situation.

The bar is set very low when it comes to taking on the burden of proof when you accuse a Black man. Am I right or am I right?

Now, this isn’t anything new. This didn’t just happen yesterday.

Do you guys know how Black Wall Street got burned down? Well, a white woman said that some Black person touched her. Next thing you know, a bunch of white supremacists went across town and murdered everybody.

They murdered everybody, including women and children.

That’s the country you live in. The burden of proof when it comes to accusing a Black man is extremely low.

This woman needs to be held accountable for her actions. Take her to jail.
