Thanking The Value of Words

Don't pay anyone for your words if you think your comments are powerful. It's yours. You have the power to sell it, share it or give it away freely.

Lately, I have been increasing my presence on various social media platforms. As a writer, social media is the most effective and dominant marketing device anyone has. It is an influential and effective tool for writers. Social media have also been used as a weapon to lure, scam, and destroy lives, careers, and relationships. Yet it can positively and meaningfully inspire, educate, motivate, etc., as a tool.

Recently, almost everything I have posted on Instagram, I am getting requests from various mental health platforms encouraging me to promote my power of words at their site.

As a child, I learn that asking questions is one of the best ways to learn. As an adult, I still love to ask lots of 'WHY' questions.

The answer is I can post my stuff at their site at a cost.

I have no problem paying anyone for anything I want.

I believe that when your power of words is significant and inspiring, it can stand alone.

I am thanking 'WORDS' again.

#Writerseverywhere, your words are significant to you and those who appreciate its value without monetary exchange.

Yes, promotion is great, but a kind and inspiring word possess healing properties that will touch hearts, minds, and souls.

Gandhi, Rumi, Martin Luther King Jr, Malcolm X, Winston Churchill, JFK, Maya Angelou, etc., are just a few whose power of words is mighty and still alive, long after they are gone.

If they want my power of words at their sites for free, it's yours. When your 'power of words' is vital, money is worthless against it.

That is my price.

Words that give hope to humanity should never demand a price.

If my power of words inspire, heal, help, educate, change, transform, give hope to anyone in a positive way, you just paid me.

You paid me by healing, helping, caring, sharing, understanding, and everything positive and kind you do for humans, plants, the environment, and animals.

It's not always about the dollar bill. Don't pay anyone for your words if you think your comments are powerful. It's yours. You have the power to sell it, share it or give it away freely.

What do you do with your power of words?

This piece is not intended to discredit or harm anyone. But I feel as if I am being hustled.

Thank you, Trista, for giving us more reasons to be thankful. You are an inspiration to all of us.

Thank you for reading this piece. I hope you enjoy it and will savor more from some grateful writers on this platform.

My apologies to everyone. I forgot that yesterday was Valentine's Day. That isn't good for someone married more than 30 years. Lol. Happy belated Valentine's Day, everyone.
