This year's contest was in honor of our son, Sgt. Taylor Rawson, U.S. Army Ret. Taylor is retired after serving in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
I was fortunate to drive in this year's Veterans Day Parade in downtown Las Vegas (That's me heading to my car). There were fourteen Cadillacs this year. We are all members of the Los Vegas Cadillac Club. This year, I was privileged to have a U.S. Navy Veteran, John, and his wife, Cassidy, with me. John is now ninety-six years old and served in WWII from 1943 to 1946.

In one of the other cars was a WWII POW veteran who is now one hundred and six years old.
I want to thank the men and women I served with during the Vietnam War and my heartfelt thanks to the family member of those who gave their all for all of us.
Thank you.
