“The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.” — Steve Jobs

Most people, hate their daily work or the career they are in.

It’s not easy to find something that you are actually love doing, passionate about, and pays the bills.

Sometimes you are afraid to admit and pretend everything is okay. Yet deep down you know you are living below your potential, and lowering your ambitions.

“If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.” — Milton Berle

But with time, it’s all changing. And with new ways of working, lots of potential opportunities are unfolding in different domains and across industries.

Create your own career path with calculative risks

No pain, no gain.

You read it thousands time, heard it perhaps zillions time.

But it’s the harsh truth.

One year back, I took a bold step to start writing online. It started as something fun until many people told me I should write more often and they actually wait for my articles.

It’s nice and sweet for them to say. And some of them, I met online.

I am not going to claim that I am highly successful in terms of monetizing my writing but it’s something I genuinely started feeling passionate about and looking forward to see where it can lead me next.

I am not writing to brag about it, but want to let you know — you also have immense power to make that shift and re-assess your next move or life chapter.

I went from dreaming about my future career over decades, to living my career one day at a time.

Something hit me. If I don’t take a risk and bet on myself, I’m going to regret this decision for the rest of my life.

Sometimes it may not work out. But at least you tried. And it can certainly teach you a thing or two.

Life is meant to be lived the way you want and deserve.

“Whatever you decide to do, make sure it makes you happy.” — Paulo Coelho
