6 Little Ways to Thrive in Your Life
It doesn’t include waking up at 5 am or taking a cold shower.

I realized there’s no one right way for you to have live your life to be considered a “real” adult.
There are only ways that you think is right (or wrong) for you. This is how you find a way to not get what you want, but want what you actually need.
Aim BIG No Matter What Others Say.
Many people think that if you want bigger things in your life you must make dramatic changes.
The truth is, just creating a few small habits can make a large impact on how your day goes and overall life.
Making even very small changes in our trajectory can, over time, lead you to a very different destination.
By making your steps too small to fail, we can make those first, small changes on which we can begin to build a new and healthier way of living and working.
There’s nothing wrong with aiming big — but we can help ourselves by starting small.
By following these small steps on a daily basis you will begin to form new habits that can change your life.
You might not see it now but I can tell you that it has helped me a lot!
I challenge you to take on at least three of these habits and add them to your routine starting now!
You can do it!
#1 Micro-steps can help you here
My favorite micro-steps in a handful of areas of life-
✔️Smile More
✔️Wake Up A Bit Early
✔️Read
✔️ Drink Water
✔️Meditate
✔️Self Care
✔️Physical Movement
✔️Tidy Up/Declutter your space
✔️Listen More
✔️Unplug From Internet
✔️Sleep
The courage to be vulnerable is not about winning or losing, it’s about the courage to show up when you can’t predict or control the outcome.
#2 The motivation you seek comes from the actions you take
We have to accept the fact that you won’t always feel fired up as you did in your beginning.
But choosing to put in the work despite how you are feeling is what separates you where you are now from the future version of you to be.
It’s just a little bit of action every day that can make all the difference.
Visualize as if it’s your day 1.
🚀New Day
🚀New Mindset
🚀New Intentions
🚀New Results
#3 Intentional goal setting
I am a big fan of active and intentional goal setting. If you have something you’re working towards, you have something to guide all of your actions.
Accomplishing goals and reaching milestones builds our sense of achievement and gives us confidence to keep going.
If you’re looking for a better way to achieve your goals, spend your time with purpose and live your best life.
And monthly goal is the best way to start.
Be around those who help you feel comfortable being the ambitious, go-getter you are, so you can become the successful person you’re meant to be.
#4 Lead with courage
A deep and abiding sense of courage is a quality that separates good leaders from great ones.
By fostering engagement and cohesion amongst your team, finding a purpose that ignites your passion, and developing a leadership approach that informs how you inspire and mobilize others.
You can become a more courageous leader and take your career to the next level.
#5 Take an idea and turn into something big
I have read somewhere “People who make good decisions know when it’s important to act immediately, and when there’s time to wait and gather more facts before making their choice.” Isn’t correct?
We make many choices and decisions everyday. You are the product of your decisions.
To make smart decisions, you need to keep the end goal in mind and what you want to achieve without caught up with current situations and circumstances.
Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life — think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success. — Swami Vivekananda
#6 Walk in nature
Recently someone told me “if you seek creative ideas, go for a walk”. So true.
Walking can benefit your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
When I say it’s a good idea to walk everyday, I’m not saying something you’ve never heard before.
Despite the obvious benefits, we all sometimes skip our therapeutic walks. May be due to work, lack of interest, pre occupied with certain things or day to day life hustle.
It’s easy to let out healthiest habit fall by the wayside.
Let’s re shuffle our daily routine and add a outdoor walking routine even if it’s going to be just for 15 minutes. It can help you to develop new perspectives, revive your mind and of course going to benefit your physical health as well.
Let’s do it.
