System Errors Slow Publishing Articles

We apologize for the delays in publishing your stories in the last two days.

Dear Contributing Writers,

This is a quick post to inform writers of ILLUMINATION Integrated Publications.

Thank you for your inquiries via emails and Slack workspace. We understand your concerns. Our goal is to publish within 24 hours but now we cannot. Our editors do their best, but we keep receiving system errors.

We apologize for the delays in publishing your stories in the last two days.

Here is the persistent error message that we receive.

After multiple tries, we can see half of the submission queue. It is not possible to go to the end of the queues on ILLUMINATION. Other publications are manageable.

We work on publishing as much as possible.

As you may know, we have 75 volunteers helping with reviewing, editing, and publishing, but only 30 of them can publish on ILLUMINATION. Unfortunately, we have no other options at the moment.

In the meantime, you may consider posting to our new publication Readers Hope or ILLUMINATION’ S MIRROR. This could ease the load a bit until this issue is resolved.

However, if you have time sensitive pieces, please approach our editors on Slack or leave a comment on this post with a link to your story. We will do our best.
