Sunsets by the River
Beautiful Sunsets
As T sat on the hill near his current workstation and watched the sunset, his mind fled to the feelings he once loved indulging in.
Gazing at the sky and wondering about life and its mysteries always filled his mind with wonder and the possibility of how beautiful and vast this universe is.
Since he was 14,15 years, he remembered sitting on the roof of his house and watching the sun. It made him think of the day that has slipped away and the new days that will arrive.
He loved mother nature and gazing at the sun brought him peace. T had a small camera he bought recently, and he loves taking pictures these days.
He often took pictures of the sunset, sky, clouds, stars, and trees. Nature kept his mind at ease, and he truly felt at home.
Life had been challenging for T; things were chaotic in his life. He worked hard to overcome his fears, but time and again, he felt he was lagging and time was running out.
However, on these days, the sunlight touched his face, and a clear sky lay before him. He felt everything would work out.
No one knows what tomorrow holds; the past cannot be changed and will forever stay the same, but the present moment is a gift.
T recalled these words from his grandfather, who used to tell him since he was a young boy that there is nothing more beautiful than the present moment and the sunlight brought those words back to life.
T was present in the moment.
