Sourcing Energy for Ascension[5b]

Connection — Projection — Reconciliation

As Above, So Below by author using Frax App for iPad

Review

In part 5a we reviewed the core meaning of Connection and Projection. I introduced the different ways projections manifest, and the struggle between them.

This story will deal with the how. How is the struggle between connection and projection transformed? How is more energy and light made? .

The Essence of Struggle

Struggle is the battle between “Yes” and “No”. Most of the struggles we engage in using this logic don’t seem like struggles because they’re easy. Difficult struggles are the ones that we avoid, procrastinate over, loathe to start, fear, and so on…

We feel good about effective and successful struggle. The results usually mean blowing off energy. Here are some examples of spent energy: Toasting with the team, Talking excessively, Bragging about it, Gorging on pizza.

What if there was a way to save some or most of the energy you made by your success?

The Invisible Third “Force”

Meditation cultivates the neutral or third force in long-time serious practitioners. The inward meditative process allows the formation of an observer within. This is one of the many benefits of the practice.

Other spiritual practices, like the Gurdjieff Work is a way of taking a sitting exercise and putting it into daily tasks. Using a self-observation technique — with the body as the neutral platform for observation is a way of cultivating the witness within. Call this Self-Observation. It’s invisible to others. It assists the person in creating a third neutral force capable of transformations.

The Law of Three examines these three forces as a sacred dynamic that assists in finding a balance between Connection/Love/Light/Consciousness and Projection, or any oppositional problem. Connection/Love is the choice to blend into beingness and become our visions through inclusion. Projection is the power to pursue our dreams along a timeline and attain what we think we want. The Witness (within) is the fulcrum or reconciling force that holds the two opposing forces together as one.

The Witness is the key to making and storing energy for subsequent higher vibrational work.

Neutrality and A Taste of Freedom

Once a state of neutrality is cultivated two things happen.

One:

It creates a space for actionless peace. Neutrality is akin to the vacuum, nothing happens, well almost nothing. From 3D reality or our perspective in 3D, nothing appears to happen. And that nothingness is the beauty of it.

Two:

Actionless-peace creates space. A place of release, forms. After release occurs in the space you’ve created, the neutral or “empty” space may invite higher vibrations in. Higher Vibrations are not the primary concern at start. Individuals with previously accumulated light may experience these higher vibrations. This may be rare for beginners.

When I practice Self-Observation I set up a ground of Being in my body. My body holds my emotions, my thoughts, and their combinations in my temple of neutrality.

If you think about this you will know this to be true. Our bodies hold all our good and bad habits indiscriminately. Paradoxes, contradictions, and magical synchronicities are also held by our bodies. Our body is an amazing temple for our life.

The Technique:

Pick a simple physical activity to observe at a specific time and place, after your morning meditation. At the time of the activity put sensation in the pinkie finger of your non-dominant hand. Three simple physical activities (amongst many): ∞ washing a plate, ∞ turning a key in a lock, ∞ typing three keystrokes on your laptop.

Sensation is a physical attribute to sense the weight of part of your body, in this case, a pinkie finger. Sensation manifests as a warmth or a tingling moving through the finger. Or it could feel like a special attention is there.

After you establish the sensation, begin the task you’ve selected. Move your attention from the sensation to the task (and back and forth between the two). This is dividing your attention. Keep about 10% of your attention on your pinkie. You observe and collect data about your behavior. You may have thoughts and feelings about the tasks. Note them and refocus your attention on the actions that you are performing. This observation is about gathering data about your behavior. It is NOT about using your thinking or judgments to solve a problem, correct the course of your actions or criticize yourself. Continue your observations.

Utilizing sensation is analogous to working a muscle that may never have been used. It is necessary to practice using it to gain strength.

Small Steps

Its likely that the muscle Self-Observation is weak due to non-use. When energy is created the automatic response might be to share it right away. While this is okay sometimes, it blows off the energy. The light/energy you created is gone.

Storing it in an accumulator might be a good alternative, until you have retained enough light. An accumulator is akin to a bank.

Organic banks are best. Select a tree within walking distance. Place your hands on the tree. Ask it if it would like to receive your energy. I’ve never met a tree to refuse energy. Offer some of the energy once you’ve generated it from the self-observation process or any spiritual epiphany or other high. Once you made your deposit, the tree will use your energy for itself and to make more.

You’ll have a connection to the tree no matter how far away you are from that tree. If you need fuel at any time, ask the tree for some of the energy — like a withdrawal of interest from a bank. Don’t take all the energy that you had deposited. Or don’t close your account with the tree.

I’ve given you the bare minimum to start your adventure. This method will allow you to make your own discoveries. You may feel excited about the mysteries.
