NATURE

Soft Whispering Wind Woke with A Sound

The gentle soft breeze sways and whistles

On a frosty morning a gentle wind blew through the branches. I stood watching steam softly filtering through green pine needles. Each gentle breeze pushing the rising steam into the forest.

Glowing puffs lit with the rising sun.

Quiet, but for the gentle flapping and clanging in the breeze of a loose metal sign against a metal building.

It only takes a minute to enjoy the breeze and what a way to start the day.

Looking up through the pines with a gentle breeze twisting the upper branches to and fro. Lifting air from the forest floor as well as our spirits. I feel a little more spring in my step. Feeling upbeat. Bouncing along with the sound of flapping leaves. Gently persuading me to start the day.

Even with the cold air, the gentle breeze brings a welcome bit of energy. I’m invigorated with a focused and relaxed mind.

I might feel even better if this same gentle breeze blew on a warm summer day. I can imagine feeling the cooling evaporation of the breeze on my sweaty skin. Watching fluffy white clouds floating slowly by. Flowers gently swaying in the bluest skies. Hearing that calming whistling through the trees.

I will enjoy any gentle breeze I am gifted, no matter what the temperature.
