100-WORD HUMOROUS MICRO-FICTION

Social Distancing Came Just in Time

We were excited to see The Invisible Man because a friend had told us it was an excellent thriller. I had no idea I would become the invisible man.

I had almost forgotten about the last movie we watched before the lockdown. We always get there a little early, buy our tickets, and choose the aisle for me and just inside for her.

We were excited to see The Invisible Man.

However, this guy kept getting up and going out then coming back. Every time we would have to get up because he was quite big.

The last time, he asked me, “Did I step on your foot earlier?” I was expecting an apology and said, “Yes, you certainly did!”

He said, “Good, then this is the right row!”
