Our bodies function better if we sleep and wake up around the same time each day. Try to go to bed at about the same time each day. Of course, we also should set our alarm clocks to wake up around the same time each morning.

2. Do not consume caffeine and nicotine several hours before you sleep

Caffeine and nicotine affect our sleep quality even hours after consumption. Hence pay attention to consuming less of them in the evenings.
