You steel yourself and start digging into the muck, pushing and pulling with all your might until the blockage finally gives way with a sickening squelch. Suddenly, a wave of filth rushes towards you, threatening to knock you off.

You stumble backward, trying to keep your balance, but Scruff wriggles free from your grasp and disappears into the sewer. Panic sets in as you frantically search for him, but your efforts are in vain.

Suddenly, you hear a distant, faint whimper from deeper in the sewer. You wade through the sludge, following the sound until you reach a small tunnel.

You decide to:

1. Continue searching for Scruff (click here).
