LIFE LESSONS: ALWAYS ASK

School Fundraiser Mishap

What could go wrong, right?

Photo from get.pxhere.com

Every spring, my daughter’s school has a garage sale type fundraiser and bake sale.

I went through the children’s room and picked out a few things I thought they never used or outgrew to donate. Mostly games, dolls, and stuffed animals.

Then one day the janitor and a few boys from the baseball team came to collect them.

On the day of the sale, I gave my kids some money and sent them to the sale.

When my daughter came home, she was so excited, telling me she found her favorite doll’s twin at the sale and bought it.

Oops!
