When do you feel refreshed and washed clean of your flaws, disappointments, and past mistakes?

I toast you, Sesame Street, almighty teacher of life lessons I am where you are, Ernie It may not be my tubby But my cup is filled with warm self-care and sudsy bubbles of insight
The mighty mascot, Rubber Duckie, floats beside me with constant comfort Never judging, always smiling Calmly watching, steady and fair Reminding me my past created the map to get me safely right here
Oh, little Duckie, you don’t have ears, yet every fear and thought you hear Encouraging as you swim closer Reassuring I can do this Cheering every try to conquer or a safety raft, you will be
Yes, it’s true dear Duckie, I’m awfully fond of you I don’t want a whole pond Just lucky enough to have you Believing in my mental care, embracing all that’s new
