Veteran Rites Welcome Home Journey

May mother nature heal your ways and bring you to the wholeness you deserve.

Amazing Moments can be captured through photography. The amazing photographs recording our journey were taken by John Crary. Thank you John for capturing these beautiful moments of joy and pain. In the video below you can see our journey in the sacred Channeled Scablands through images. You can meet the wonderful veterans and community members including the initiates, staff, guides, leaders, and elders of the group I was with.

You can see the beautiful land where I was for 12 days out of touch with anything but nature and the people around me.

You can see the land where I spent 4 days of solo time.

Enjoy.

You can see more pictures of the land and the people I was with in this blog below from Veteran Rites. Incredible people.

I think the pictures speak for themselves of what we went through. More details will come as I process the events and I am going through my journals and writing things down. I am currently working on a book and this journey is a part of it. Hoping to finish within the next month or two.

I appreciate your patience as I know many of you have asked questions about my vision quest. It takes time to come back from the land and part of me is forever connected. I am still there in spirit.

I am focusing on taking care of myself and writing, spending as much time as I can outside with nature.

While on the land I also received 3 songs from mother nature. Those songs are on my YouTube channel. They are part of my journey.

The link to my latest one by The Riverbed is below.

Written and inspired by the riverbed at the Scablands in Eastern Washington on my first day of the vision quest. Just found this song a few days ago and recorded it yesterday. I hope you will enjoy it. When I sing this it takes me back to the riverbed at the channeled Scablands and fills my heart with love and joy. Heartfelt thank you to Veteran Rites for allowing me on this journey.

To all veterans. I hear you. I see you. Thank you for your sacrifice. You are in my heart. To my daughter, my dad, and to my grandfather.

For the veterans, I know on Medium DR Rawson - The Possibilist, Terry Day, Joyce Nielsen.

Thank you for reading,

Gabriella
