Our intellectual garden is growing with caring fuel and fertilization from insightful content producers and supportive editors.
We announced the foundation of our new publication on 18 March 2020.
I shared our first day achievements in this article yesterday.

How we distinguish from other publications
First, we do not compete with or imitate other publications.
We are unique and first of a kind content sharing community.
We have a strong vision, clear strategies, and a collective mission to accomplish.
Our publication is based on collaborative innovation, diversity, integrity, reciprocity, and fusion principles.
We develop new set of curation criteria and guidelines collectively based on meaning, impact, diversity, and value propositions by reaching consensus.
We have chosen rising above mediocrity.
We have a flexible, dynamic, and self managing governance structure.
Each of us takes personal responsibility leading to collective success.
No one competes in the community; instead each of us collaborates, extends, and expands each other’s contribution.
We respect and value intellectual endeavors.
We are confident, yet humble.
No one arrogantly judges other writers’ content especially using contrived, obscure, and unintelligible guidelines.
We value supportive feedback.
Even though we may have different viewpoints, we respect freedom of thought and ideas. Writers can write about anything legal courteously without demanding absolutism and without harassment.
We are professionals and leaders in our fields. For example, we have multiple PhDs, postgraduate/postdoctoral researchers, business leaders, MBAs, published authors, philosophical thinkers, economists, technologists, engineers, psychologists, spiritual leaders, literary critics, artists, poets, fiction writers, educators, physicians, therapists, and mental health professionals.
All the editors and writers whom I have been following before this publication depict remarkable skills and experience in their domains. They are also collaborative and nurturing.
Diversity is one of our strongest capabilities.
We are pragmatic, explorers, design thinkers, and ethical hackers igniting innovation for growth and success.
We are data driven, create a baseline, set our benchmarks, and measure our progress with established metrics.
Whilst we are leaders in our domains, we are also followers and supporters of other domains to improve our skills and understanding, and increase our leadership capacity and capability.
Bringing these talented people under the umbrella of ILLUMINATION is an exciting and synergistic activity.
Let’s continue growing our intellectual garden which can bring joy, meaning, and satisfaction to our lives in these challenging times.
Action of the day for editors and writers
I recommend you (each writer and editor) to submit an article introducing your background, skills, experience, writing goals, purpose in life, and a few sample articles to show case your prior contributions.
Please tag a few followers of your work so that they can join us, extend our capabilities, and enjoy our intellectual garden.
My introduction can be found from this interview script gratefully conducted by Authors & Peeps led by Kabir Mohammed in February 2020.
