"Raging Skies: Exploring the Power and Fury of Thunderstorms in Nature"
Nature Prompt: Third Week Prompt Of Nature
"Thunderstorms remind me that even the sky screams sometimes, but it always runs out of breath. And in that moment of calm, we’re left with a refreshed world and a sweet scent in the air." - Jenim Dibie.
Nature is majestic, beautiful, and serene. At the same time, nature can show its anger. The angry behavior of nature is a reminder to all of us that we should respect and protect nature. Human activity has contributed to natural disasters such as severe storms, thunderstorms, volcanic eruptions, and earthquakes.
As the planet’s temperature continues to rise, it results in extreme hot weather, hurricanes, droughts, and floods. As human beings, it is our responsibility to save nature and respect it. If we save the nature, it will save us. By observing the angry behavior of nature, we must learn to protect it.
This week’s prompt is,
Describe a thunderstorm you have seen in a descriptive essay. Think back to the images, sounds, and sensations you experienced throughout the storm. Describe the atmosphere’s aroma, the sky’s hue, and the wind’s direction. What feelings did you experience during the storm, and how did they evolve? Think about how the storm affected the environment around you, such as how it impacted the plants and animals there or how the landscape was altered.
At the end before harming any element of nature remember,
"The earth does not belong to us. We belong to the earth." - Chief Seattle.
