PupperJack has a Fetish for Towels — As Long as They’re 100% Combed Cotton

Of course!

As you can see above, PupperJack is totally convinced he has every right to take over my bath towel. He reckons he looks cute. (I reckon he’s right, actually.)

So that when I get out of the bath and wrap myself in it I’ll get covered in dog hair.

He really can see no reason for not getting comfy in my bath towel. He reckons that what’s mine is his. (And what’s his is his, too.)

I think it started when he spotted a photo of the Late, Great Jeff-Dog in his bath towel after a walk in the rain.

Jeff-Dog liked going out in wet weather — and he liked wearing his blue 100% combed cotton towel when he came back in … Any other colour would get chucked off and buried in his basket.

It’s not easy to tell from the photos but Jeff-Dog’s towel is a bath towel. PupperJack’s is a hand towel.

Jeff-Dog was a Border Collie. PupperJack is half Papillon, half Jack Russell.

That makes PupperJack a third the size and weight of Jeff-Dog.

That’s only physically, though. In every other way they’re the same size.

He’s decided that green is his current favourite colour, but it does vary depending on mood.

I now have two lots of towels. His and mine.
