How dangerous could this curse be? It’s possible you’ve already broken the spell.

You did run really far.

“It’s fine,” you say, making your way past Dara and Bruno. “How can I help?”

Bruno smiles, but Dara looks at you doubtfully.

“Alright,” she says, stepping on the forest path. “Follow me.”

After some walking, you inquire about the destination.

Dara studies your face before answering. “People are in danger and need to be warned. We’re going to Lorenzo.”

Your heart skips a beat.

“Going where?”

“I said we’re going to Five Oaks, it’s the name of the village,” Dara replies.
