Projecting Love In Difficult Times

Day 67: When you share your heart, humanity thrives

As I write this, the beautiful scent of rosemary fills the air of our home. Simmering herbs on the stove can improve the air in your home. I am breathing in fresher air, and my spirit feels lighter. There is thick smoke outside, but we are grateful that the air is still, and the temperatures have dropped. This will help keep the fires from spreading. The way to keep balanced and steady during these times is to always look towards the light. Now more than ever, projecting love towards everyone around me is the best action I can take. This is one of the powerful lessons I learned on my 100-day spiritual journey from the book Silent Power by Stuart Wilde among his other works.

It should be a part of your daily discipline to silently project love and peace to all you meet. -Stuart Wilde

Sometimes the best action that you can take to help others is to silently send them love. They will receive that love from you, and it will touch their hearts. Your heart is very powerful, and the loving energy that you project is beautiful.

You can say more by saying less. Being present with someone means that you are sending loving energy to them. By being silent, I can feel the energy of others across the miles. I can send them positivity, love, and hope. I trust they will do what is for their highest good.

I have always been a quiet observer. I choose to listen more than I speak. I save my words for what I think will help most. I see this as a gift rather than something that I should change. I am always reminded of a Swedish saying: “Talking is silver. Silence is golden.” This does not mean that you shouldn’t speak up about injustices. Speaking up when someone is hurt is very important. You can speak up and project love at the same time.

If you project love for humanity and have little resistance, incoming energy often passes right through you. It has no place to attach. -Stuart Wilde

My prayer and my intention for you today is for you to project love upon all of those you love, and also to those in this world who are facing difficult times. Your energy will be strong when you project love.

How can you project love today?
