Poem: Belief

Daily Dose of Philosophy

Belief is an act of acceptance, For it is in our nature to seek devotion. For our lives need guidance. Faith and science meet the description.

The act of belief can lead to blindness, For devotion takes a narrow path. Matter not faith or science both can lead to darkness. It is on us to question their wrath.

To question is to seek reality, Though the task might be hard. It will present us with clarity. The answer we find will act as our guard.

For light has many shades, Do not succumb to any crusades.

Thank you for taking the time and reading my poetry. I hope that you enjoyed it. Stay tuned for more from the Daily Dose of Philosophy.
