Poem: Legacy
Daily Dose of Philosophy

The illusions of what we acquire, Serves as a reminder that nothing lasts forever. It’s not about the items you expect to require, But for the endeavours that help whomever.
You enter the world without a thing, But when you go, only a name you leave. Live a life worth etching, For all that we own, is just make-believe.
We all have a legacy to give, It is on us for what it could be. Do not act vindictive, Be humble on your journey.
Do not erode into the empty unknown, Remember what can be written upon your headstone.

Thank you for taking the time and reading my poetry. I hope that you enjoyed it. Stay tuned for more from the Daily Dose of Philosophy.
