New Writers Welcome BootCamp Week 5. Sore Ankles, Feet and Toes.
Last week our BootCamp patron, Victoria Valentine, asked for some stretches for her sore ankles and feet. I’m happy to deliver more than she asked today.
The most relaxing workout, stretch and self-massage for your feet and ankles you’ve seen.
I had a nasty Achilles injury several years ago. My Achilles snapped during a wrestling session. Took me some time and effort to recover.
My best tips if your ankles, feet and toes are sore or injured:
Elevate your legs! Better blood circulation, less swelling and pressure.
Take hot & cold baths or showers for your legs. Please take it easy. You define how hot & cold they could be.
Keep them warmed up. Always in the comfort zone. Today’s workout can help.
What are we doing today?
Let’s do the most relaxing exercise to work your ankles, feet and toes!
You will need a mat, chair (or couch), tennis ball and two minutes of your time.
