What is this BootCamp about?

How do you write your stories? Are you sitting in front of your laptop for hours? Writing, rewriting, checking, editing, finding pictures. Takes time, right?

How do you feel after writing your stories? Are you feeling tired, stiff, having sore eyes or headache? Why? You’ve exercised your mind. Your body needs some exercise, too. Let’s do this together.

This weekly column will help you get some exercise you need.

Is this BootCamp for you?

Something always stops you from exercise:

  • Time. You have so much to do! Work, family, friends, writing on Medium. You don’t get time to train. Or do it once in a blue moon.
  • Money. You came to Medium because you need to earn more. You can’t waste time on a gym membership or exercise equipment.
  • Motivation. Exercise? You don’t want that! You’re tired and deserve some rest. Let’s Netflix something or play a video game, right?

You are welcome here! You’ll spend very little time, no money and get enough motivation to exercise.

Is your exercise routine all set? You hit the gym or do sports 3–6 days a week. Every week. You’re healthy and fit. Please ignore this column if it’s you.

What are you getting?

Are you happy with your weight? How about blood pressure and cholesterol level? Is your energy level enough to make you enjoy life?

Let’s fix this! I’ll help you to start your journey to health. We’ll make tiny steps you can do. We’ll support each other on the way.
