Mystery Of Life
A poem about the unexplainable

Mystery of life teaching you new drills every day and night
Mystery of life gives some plenty some crave until they die
Mystery of life makes your friends disappear and turn strangers into lovers
Mystery of life confers you victory when you fail makes you comfortable when in pain
Mystery of life leaves you perplexed and baffled not knowing what’s lies before and after
Mystery of life is knowing why you’re laughing out loud when you broke and dead from inside
Mystery of life is waiting for a new life while strangling the one that's alive
Mystery of life remains silent like God, or soul and the Universe
Mystery of life teaches some people everything leaving some empty without dreams
Mystery of life teaches about life when we’re about to leave and hate life when we’re at the peak
Mystery of life is hearing that voice at 2 am with no idea, if it was God or your mind
Mystery of life is heard in silence and seen in the darkness
Mystery of life is unexplainable, unavoidable philosophers, scientist, and writer no mind can decipher
This story is based on the weekly prompt — “Mystery”
Thank you, Darshak, for this prompt for the week. I had no idea I could write something about life and mystery until I read your article about mystery. Appreciate everything you do for the community.
