My Shameful Secret Powder

A poem

Photo by Caleb Woods on Unsplash

instant noodle msg leftover seasonings I did not use the seasoning at the end of a chip bag

collected like magical dust into an upcycled salt shaker

mixed ever-changing

used as toppings for roasted veggies or better yet popcorn

letting nothing good go to waste.

Tagging: Ema Dumitru | Baye Amina | Caroline de Braganza | Agnes Laurens | Krupesh Raikar if you’re up to it and anyone else interested in today’s prompt: How do you reduce waste or give something a second life?

How to join: include the original post of the person who tagged you for reference and tag 5–10 other people (or simply ‘tag all’) who might be interested in this prompt! (Ps, there’s no deadline!)

Lucy Dan 蛋小姐 (she/her/她) also creatively uses other things destined for the trash for every day uses because the grad student stipend isn’t remotely lavish and we have to be really creative with this budget.
