They have a team dedicated to onboarding premium brands and connecting them with the top newsletters on Beehiiv.
When they identify my newsletter as a good fit for a campaign, I’ll receive a notification about the ad opportunity.
In addition to this notification, I can also access the ads dashboard by going to Monetization and Ads.

Once you’ve done that, you can simply press “Review and Accept,” and you’re good to go.
Once your ad placement is accepted, you’ll see it appear on the calendar as a green dot.
It’s also important to note that you can decline any offer at any time for any reason. There are no contracts or logins.
How to Seamlessly Integrate Ads into Your Newsletter!
Now that we’ve accepted the opportunity, let’s add it into your post.
➟ Simply go to “Write and Post” and start writing your newsletter as you usually would.
➟ When you’re ready, access the editor menu by pressing the forward slash key and click on “Advertisement.”
➟ Now find your desired ad placement, the one that you just accepted, and click on it.
When you go to preview your post, the ad placement will be seamlessly dropped into your post as an uneditable content block.

In addition to the content block, you’ll also see the sponsor’s logo automatically be added to the header of the email. And don’t worry, we’ll send you reminder notifications leading up to the campaign to ensure that you don’t forget to include the ad in your upcoming newsletter.
You’ll start seeing the stats for the campaign populate within 72 hours of the newsletter send, and you’ll get paid to your preferred bank within 30 days of the ad going live.
