Do you really want to change your life story? Change your frequencies. Everything that is, everything is frequency — visibility, invisibility, density, vapor, audible, inaudible, whatever we can perceive, and all that is imperceptible by human physical or technological reception.

So how do we change our frequency from the denseness of manifest life and its chaotic collective consciousness to higher frequencies of vast understanding with a much more sublime collective consciousness?

Simply recognizing and distinguishing between different frequencies is a good initial intention — sensing in the body what influences peace of mind and a degree of serenity versus mind chatter and some level of anxiety, becoming aware of which are harmonious and which are discordant, or which induce ease rather than resistance.

Those frequencies that inspire peace and harmony and ease are higher finer frequencies than those that don’t. As your discernment increases, moment by moment attune to your preferred frequencies, while being aware that disconnecting from lower frequencies can feel frenetic until a shift is fully achieved to become a present default.
